Edo Pack (Haitai Series). Ok, this may seemed odd to you but you will see a lot of new food stuff on the blog from time to time. These food packets have been brought exclusively from Hong Kong and they have been selling quite well in Hua Ho.
The EDO Pack Haitai Series is developed in affiliation with Korean Haitai Confectionery and Food Company from Korea (Recipient "Good Product Award" - Domestic Product Exhibition Korea). Infamous for their superior quality product, the Haitai series are high in calcium and known to be "Less Oily, Less Salty and Less Sweet". So I believe this cracker will do you justice. I have a pack of my own.. just thinking of the right moment to eat them ;)
Ideal for the office and coffee break, each box of Haitai Series cracker comes in individual pack of either 6 or 8. For more info, you can click here.

It was a great turn out yesterday at the Senor Pablo's crib as the bloggers hosted "The Ultimate Foodie Bloggers Challenge" for the first time and it all just happened from a conversation a few weeks ago. The event became a reality and now it's a matter of spreading the awareness of the availability of the recipe book which will be in time for the Special Olympics if I'm not mistaken.
The books will be for sale and the proceeds will go to charity. So far there are 47 recipes that will be included in the book and of course, we have popular chefs and food bloggers' recipes such as Anak Brunei whose "Quick & Dirty Lamb" was voted the most popular dish, Chef Pol's Sea Bass, Yeeman's Roasted Garlic & Anchovies and her Chinese Chicken Salad.
Around 80 bloggers and friends turned up for the occasion and I thought this event should be an annual or bi-annual thing. A big thanks to the host, the organisers, the food bloggers and chefs who were involved, the printers, the designers and of course, the public for supporting this cause.
